Free people has Arwen and Hadafang for condition removal, the idea is to exert Aragorn to allow Legolas and Arwen to win skirmishes, and then heal Aragorn. Nocked lets me wound minions if I need to, which can boost Arwen, and then Might Shot can help if swarmed. With Boromir as the RB though that shouldn’t be a problem hopefully.

Shadow is just to get as many wounds on the free people as possible, slowing them down and killing them whenever possible.

This is only based on cards I already have or am working on getting now. If I need other specific cards please identify them for me. I’m just getting back from a long break so I’m not familiar with them all yet.

Thanks.

i’m no expert on these decks, but i can tell you a few things, first, 40 cards per side is too big. it should be between 34-36. it will probably work best at 34. also, replace helms gate with barazinbar, that is an excellent site when you have a dwarf.

and you should replace those 4x long battle box with 4x long battle bow. i don’t think the boxes will do much. Laughing

also, you have legolas in there, so you may be better off taking out all the arwen stuff and using some seclution.

I play a three hunters and a Men deck, and I guarantee that 40/40 is the right size. Men cycles like Moria, and Three Hunters cycles well too.

really? ok, i guess 40 is good then. i would still replace the arwen stuff with some seclution though.

Then what do I do about condition removal? If I can’t remove conditions or burdens aren’t I in some serious trouble?

You could try splashing in Gandalf, LotC and Pallando.

oops, i was spelling it wrong. Seclusion. excellent for getting rid of conditions, even if you can’t win Arwen’s skirmish.

You could keep Arwen in there, but since you already have two gondor men, i think i would add someone like Halbarad, Ranger of the North to heal my ring-bearer and Aragorn. i would also make the deck in the skirmish phase slightly more Gondor oriented, but keep toolbox stuff like condition/burden removal for the elves.

like i said, i’ve never run a three hunters deck, so i’m not too sure, but those are my suggestions.
