Whoa! He seems way too good. I would drop toil and make him only damage +1.

Just when a Uruk seems tired, a new strength enters it.
Notice that the above card require you to exert twice, I think that makes it a bit more balanced
How are these?
I keep forgetting the line about minion • uruk-hai or event • skirmish

Minion • Uruk-hai should be listed above his stats. You can drop "Spot this minion" from the maneuver text. Muster doesn’t really fit an Uruk. I would drop the strength to 18 and give him hunter 2.

You need to put "possession" between "this" and "bearer".  |

I agree with everything AP said, actually. I’d also recommend changing "any other" to simply "another".

"Possession • Hand Weapon" should be before the strength boost line. And it should probably cost , even with the exerting. Other than that, pretty cool.  |

misspelled maneuver. to make another minion skirmishing an unbound companion methinks. make it discard a uruk-hai from play. IMO
