Probably too strong. Drop the initial strength to 7.
Weapons Smithies
Follower
Strength +2
Vitality +2
Bearer must be a minion with strength 10 or less.

Needs an aid cost. Maybe... remove a threat? Uruks are good with threats. Maybe just vitality +1, as well.

 as usual to first 3 reviews!

When you play this discard all Free Peoples allies, followers, and conditions.

Ouch. No cultural enforcement, but then its not often you have left after playing Uruks.
Its also highly dependent on your opponent playing Rohan or hunters.
It appears to be undercosted, when you do play it, but hard to play. I’d make it "spot an minion and 3 hunter or companions" so that it has enforcement.
Not sure what to think of this one. It seems to be either great or terrible, and I’m not quite sure which. Maybe both |

That could kick butt against and  hunters, especially since those two have a good amount of followers. Very specific, but very powerful when it does work, so I think it’s okay. |

• Saruman , Master of the Uruk-hai
Minion • Wizard
Strength 8
Vitality 4
Lurker. Fierce. Damage +1
Skirmish: Exert Saruman to add  .
Skirmish:Remove to make an minion gain damage +1 until the end of the turn.
He made them the ultimate machine of war |

I like this guy but he needs to say exert saruman and spot another minion to add or he’s a great splash for things that need ambush like red wrath decks. His abilites work really well together good job bto. |
