With my limited brain and knowledge, i’d say that since placing in the dead pile is equilevant to considering a character killed, then placing in the discard pile is equilevant to considering a character discarded.

DId he prove with an official rules entry? Or with mathematical assumption? Because by the same token:
8+4=12
15-3=12
8=15?
4=-3?
No, right? So, just becuase the cards end up in the discard pile, that doesn’t meant they WERE discarded, because the process which put them there was DIFFERENT. In one case, you discard the minion, it goes to the pile. In the other one, you KILL the minion, and it goes to the pile.

The rules say that being placed in the dead pile is the same as being killed. By the same token, being placed in the discard pile is the same as being discarded.
All cards do what they say.

Yes, the loop is possible.

However, even if Decipher rules that killed is not equal to being discarded, it can still work without the Strange-looking Men part. You can just use Vengeful Primitive to cycle the minions.

THAT I can take. Although, now, in my opinion, we have a problem, because BOTH interpretations seem correct enough, since both of them are made in assumption. Decipher needs to rule this at once! Knights, to the gates, and grab your pens! Time to write a letter!

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz
