This is my attempt to make a deck that abuses the gametext of Boromir, Doomed Heir

Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms

Boromir, Doomed Heir
Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver
Companions:
Faramir, Son of Denethor x2
Aragorn, Thorongil
Possesions:
Kingsfoil x4
Sapling of the White Tree x2
Narsil, Blade of the Faithful
Anduril, Sword that was Broken
Aragorn’s Bow, Ranger’s Longbow
Faramir’s Sword
Blade of Gondor
Ranger’s Cloak
Brego, Loyal Steed
Shield of Boromir
Throne of Minas Tirith
Ring of barahir
scroll of isildur
Events:
Elendil’s Valor x3
Banners blowing x3
Conditions:
Noble leaders x2
I will go x2
The saga of elendil
Boromir, my brother
Strategy:
Load up Boromir with possesions, and abuse. Pippin is there to help you through the early sites, and when combined with faramir’s sword nukes Forestguls.
Aragorn is another strong companion for beating up minions who can be grabbed by the prancing pony, and faramir, son of denethor can cancel out any nasty minions abilties. The main aim is that once boromir is loaded up with all his gear (the saga of elendil and i will go, his sword and shield, ranger’s cloak and brego, loyal steed and four copies of kingsfoil) to make him defender + x as needed with elendil’s valour and then use his ability to pump him by 8 with each exertion.
kingsfoil can be used for healing, along with ring of barahir. throne of minas tirith can get quite a few tokens up on noble leaders, and also provides possesion discarding.
banners blowing is a re-usable, emergency pump for whoever needs it.
The deck cycles well, and once you’ve got a few possesions on boromir, then you can easily start to run. |

add in boromir’s horn  banner of the white tree might be useful... instead of elendil’s valor in some cases, but you could use the exertion to make him stronger anyway...NVM |

the new horn, and some followers will definatley be making it’s way in post TaD.

| Im not quite sure how you’d fit it in but the thing that worries me about this is wormtongue. To counter i’d put in storied homestead and a few guarded city. This would put hell of a lot of tokens on it and could cancel many special abilities. And in dire need you could use brego to wound minions with the tokens. Also guarded city will pump up noble leaders. |

Yeah, 4x Athelas
You need Blade of Gondor, Sword of Boromir. That way, any time Hobbits get assigned to a skirmish, you can take over.
Since you have Pippin, WoBaS and Aragorn, Thorongil, consider Madril, Defender of Osgiliath.  Pull a Faramir, add Madril, use the Prancing Pony, consider Home and Hearth for a mini-Pippin Engine. |

No, and thank goodness. Madril shouldn’t have been banned in the first placed, and he especially shouldn’t be banned in expanded.
