If I use Blade of Gondor, Sword of Boromir or Guardian to move Mountain Orc to a  companion with resistance 5 or less, does he get exerted or not? Does it count as an assingment? |

| Replacing is not the same as assigning, so Mountain Orc would exert his original opponent, but not the new one. |
