--- description ---
This is my rendition of the Sudden Fury Hobbits build, I’ve playtested it some, and it’s pretty hard to beat.
--- end description ---

2 Starting:
Boromir, son of Denethor
Pippin, Wearer of black and silver

6 Companions:
4 Westfarthing Businessman
2 Sam, Great Elf Warrior

10 Possessions/Artifacts:
4 Hobbit Sword
4 Athelas
2 Phial of Galadriel, the light of earendil

14 Conditions:
4 Sudden Fury
4 Fates Entwined
3 Home and Hearth
2 Kept Safe
1 Good work

4 Events:
4 Hobbit Intuition

Usually I bid high enough to go first, about 3-4 burdens. Start with Green dragon inn, pull out Sam or a businessman. Try to get out Fates entwined and sudden fury out as soon as possible, and during the early game lose as many skirmishes as hobbitly possible, to load Sudden fury with lots of tokens. Later it is possible to remove the tokens to win skirmishes, and trigger fates entwined to heal like crazy.

Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver + Home and hearth is a fairly decent burden removal, and should be able to remove all your burdens, regardless how many your opponent is adding.

Boromir, Son of Denethor is here for a good purpose. First, he can pump any hobbit up to +6 strength. Second, he provides the Gondor man needed to bear athelas, which is needed because the halflings completely lack condition removal.

That’s it in a nutshell! Please comment and critique.

Who is your ring-bearer?

Gandalf, Returned perhaps, if you can afford him!

I like the deck its definately strong, but TJ has a good point on your rb! When scouring of the shire comes out this deck NEEDS it. Any condition removal like you do not know fear is gonna hurt.

Also adding a few Halfling Leaf might save pippin from dying if he unexpectedly gets a minion on him and it helps the business men.

I think you could use a Citadel of Minas Tirith or two to keep Boromir fresh in the end game.
