I actually don’t think it’s too bad. How about Grima’s Dagger? And maybe Grima gets a version who bonuses from hand weapons... |

Im sorry but am i missing something? What a weak ass card. And a rare? Possibly the most unwanted rare ever. Id rather have a 0 costing +1 strength event in my hand at least then the freeps wouldnt see it coming. Cannot see a single reason why you would use this in a deck. In addition to one other hand weapon? So what.... Ooooh no hes got a dagger as well, RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!! This gets a 1! |

It’s ok with Saruman, Coldly Still if you don’t have any twilight left and still have vitality on Saruman. This way, you get +1 strenght from the dagger and +2 from Saruman, but I must say I agree, pretty lame for a Rare. |

Huh. That’s not half bad, actually. I wonder if that’s what they had in mind.
With that combo, this thing may have some use yet. But it’s still pretty poor. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

I do often find myself having more vitality than twilight with saruman. But this card needs a second ability or just be uncommon or so. |

Very bland indeed. This would be nice as a Fellowship card, but as a Shadow card it just takes up valuable hand space and probably doesn’t even affect the game.
Luckily there is at least the possibility of pairing this with certain minions like those mentioned earlier. I’ll give it a 2. |
