Nice! Rather like Isengard Ruined, but this way it completely cancels all transferring. That will really hurt Hobbit decks that rely on Daddy Twofoot and No Visitors, but it could also hurt the Shadow a bit if he can’t transfer Saruman.
And if you use Traveled Leader on your Free Peoples side, you can completely demolish a follower deck.

Yeah...but so far, at least, it hurts FP a heck of a lot more. I give it a 4. |
