during the regroup phase, you get to discard a card to draw a card. but on radagast the brown, his text says the opponent can discard two cards to draw two cards. is this in addition to the one, or not?

Actually, there’s nothing that says you’re allowed to do that (unless you’re thinking of muster - it allows you to discard any number of cards up to the number of your characters with muster to draw that many cards).

Plus, Radagast the brown only allows it when the fellowship moves during the regroup phase, and so would be after that anyway...

The only card game I can think of that allows that is MECCG...

He means reconciling. And yes, you can discard one card from hand to draw a card when you reconcile.

Radagast is in addition to this.

As is muster.

Ah... I was thinking of it from the Free Peoples player’s perspective.

I had never seen that part before... has it been there the whole time? gp for NBarden for pointing that error out to me, and for wraithful for my error.

Of course, timing-wise would matter a bit. Muster, then regroup actions, then you reconcile, then if the fellowship moves, Radagast’s text.

This ability of Radagast’s happens after the Shadow reconciles, when the Fellowship moves.
