Strength: +1
Vitality: +1
While wearing the One Ring, bearer is strength +3 and each time bearer is about to take a wound, wound a companion or add two threats.
Skirmish: Add two burdens to wear the one ring until the regroup phase.

Response: If bearer is about to take a wound in a skirmish, he or she wears the One Ring until the regroup phase.
While wearing the One Ring, each time bearer is about to take a wound, add a burden instead.

That second ring is terribly broken. Looks like somthing D would make. 
I like the ring, but I’m not sure about the subtitle. I mean, it obviously didn’t have a an actual jewel, even though I suppose "jewel" could be used as a synonym for a small, expensive object.
Maybe call it Treacherous Power, or something? Not a great subtitle either, but its the best I could think of off te top of my head... |

Necklace = Jewelry.
Although calling it treacherous jewelry sounds wrong. Maybe Ring of Treachery?
And yes, the Second ring is rather OP. Maybe we should just cut the entire wound prevention ability? And the strength bonus? So it would look like this...
