I was playing Ninja Gollum versus my little brother’s Elven archery. Shelob had 5 wounds, and my little brother decided not to make the double move. I stacked Shelob on Web, but one question: do I remove all of her wounds, or do they stay on?

Stacked cards lose all their wound tokens and all cards that are played on them.
And by the way, make sure that you are stacking Shelob on Web before the Free Peoples player chooses to double-move or not, because first players do their Regroup actions and then the players reconcile.
