I tried port forwarding (found a great website tutorial that takes you right through it), but I don’t know what the port map is. My router wants to know the port start, port end and port map. I just don’t know what those are.
Is there port mapping that is specific to SDA? Is it 10,000? If so, does the port start and end at 10,000? I’m sorry to ask such questions, but I’m totally new at this.
SDA uses port 10,000 only. So I assume you need to set that at port start and end. Basically your router likely gets its IP direct from your internet provider in my case it is 210.1.220.85. I then need to setup port forwarding so that my router knows to send any traffic coming to port 10,000 to my pc with IP 192.168.0.1. Also have to make sure windows firewall has port 10,000 enabled, or firewall turned off. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

It might be a problem with your web service hoster, not your computer. I could be wrong, but that’s the only thing I can come up with. |

Oh really, cool.
Just because I’m a geek, could I ask how you fixed it? IC I have the same problem later on. |
