--- description ---
This deck plays the Watcher in the Water and 16 tentacles, all at one site.
--- end description ---
Shadow (30)
Watcher in the Water, Many-tentacled Creature x4
Strong Tentacle x4
Reaching Tentacle x4
Foul Tentacle x4
Huge Tentacle x4
Goblin Runner x4
Troubled Mountains x2
Destroyers and Usurpers x2
Evil-smelling Fens x2
Since the new tentacles and the new Watcher were clarified to be in the culture (instead of the culture), I had to switch this deck around a bit. It’s still very strong, but not quite as good as before.

Make sure the watcher doesn’t get killed by doubling minions with him cause if he dies your tentacles all go bye-bye as you won’t be at a marsh, unless you are at a marsh.
Watcher 4 twilight
tentacle 2 get them from your draw deck
tentacle 2 get another
tentacle 2 another
tentacle 2 another
tentacle 3 that’s 15 twilight. you could probably nuke anybody at site three or 4 with 6 minions not counting if you can get a runner in your hand.
Also Expendable Servants is recursion with Destroyers and Usurpers as with 2 copies of this you’ll have more copies than 0 minions which will allow you to keep playing Watchers out the discard pile. If you keep discarding it. so you could run 4 of this with 2 more d & u then that would put you at 36 I think. |

2x Evil-smelling Fens added instead of 2 copies of Goblin Runner. Thanks!

Could you give me the text of the unlinked cards? Otherwise, looks great so far. I’ll give you more advice when you give me the text. |

Are we sure the printed versions of the new Watcher and tentacles are going to be and not ? I was under the impression that the collectors info wasn’t matching up with them being .
I’m still hoping they’re . |

When I came to Abraham I let him live just a moment longer. When I came to Moses I saved his life more than once. But the salmon... I regret to say I had a hand in its death.

It looks like the Online game clarified them to be in fact cards. I guess I’ll have to switch around the deck a bit.

Well, Destroyers and Usurpers still fits in fine, since it works with just as well as it does ....

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |
