Wow, awesome job, H81. Have a well earned GP. It looks like those transfer conditions are a little too good to me.

What i also do not like, is the "... guide" subtitle.
We have 5 guides to guide 4 hobbit friends.
Their travel agency will certainly go bankrupt Dancing

we have 6 guides if you count smeagol, and if you burn gandalf to get powerfull guide ans sent back, you could have 7 guides for the 4 littles hobbits, one more would mean a good 2 to 1 ratio

After a day passed on Paint,Photoshop,ImagesHack,Forums,Cobracards order system (PS Cobra: The order of 100$ u receive few hours ago came from me and my friends),

finally I can take a deep look at the cards,i discovered this strange thing

I think that Watcher in the Water and his Tentacles are MORIA culture,as we see on the Age’s End Fact on D site,we see cleary a template MORIA for a Tentacle
and if we look at the cards titles we see this order

B...alrog
R...eaching Tentacle
S...trong Tentacle
W...atcher in the Water

and

P...it Troll
T..roll of the Deep

which mean that online the misunderstanding the culture (without any doubt, because they even mixed Orc w/ Men)

Any thoughts?

Maybe I’m wrong but I can’t see the watcher in the orc culture

IF those are indeed the actual cards, I’m very, VERY disappointed. Fellowship does practically nothing...the ONLY cards I see that even reference it are Strength In My Blood and That’s Two! (which SHOULD be "Two Already!"). C’mon, Decipher...this is the "keyword which ties the original nine walkers together"?! How low have we sunk?

All of these new "hot potato" conditions (especially In Twilight and Stern Words with their +2 strength and Strength In My Blood with it’s damage +1) are overpowered because they are non-unique, so you can throw four on one character and have them beat down anything they’re assigned to, then transfer them to a new character and rinse and repeat! Just overwhelm anything that moves. Bloody awful.

Many of the rest of the cards seem underpowered to me, which is at least a change of pace from other recent sets. Razz The new Sam is useless compared to Sam, Great Elf Warrior, the new Frodo’s ability seems worthless as well...grah, I can’t even go on.

With cards like these, I’m GLAD they’re calling it quits. They are clearly out of ideas.
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

Alphabetical Order

Now Moria

B

Now Orc

RSWPT wrong order

If it would be

Moria

BRSW

Orc

PT

It would be correct

They are real alright. I haven’t checked all the ones that have been spoiled, but the ones I’ve seen are the same as the online ones.

Yeah, the ’fellowship’ keyword is very disappointing. It can’t possibly do anything else either, because if it did, in the set it’s introduced, it would have been in () after it.

Cheers.
