Finally, a card that uses the Fellowship keyword. It’s almost a mini version of Blood Runs Chill, and would definatly bu useful in multi-player games, but in single player games, it only gets rid of one card, and the shadow player gets to pick it. It also costs  as well as an exertion, so it’s not great for a double move.
I give it a 3 or 4. |

I love it in multiplayer! 
In two-player it loses a lot of its usefulness, so I’ll give it a 3.

2 and exert to give the option to the opponent about what card to throw away and all these to regroup is a bit too much even if it discards an artifact!
