The tranfer condition is one of the best. It has no twilight cost and no way to discard itself or return it to hand, so even if you don’t win, you’re still okay.
Again, almost overpowered, but a 5.
EDIT: with the new drawback, it’s not that bad. |

I believe that, like Stern Words, this one returns to hand at the end of the turn. Or something like that. |

With the exert drawback i dont rate this card at all. I reckon a 2 as there are better cards to go in elf decks. |
