I think these two cards would super cool.
 Palantir of Destruction 
Orc
Condition
Card text: If skirmishing Aragorn, discard card to take a minion out of your draw deck, with  or less. Exert minion twice to make Aragorn discard Even Star.
 Even Star 
Elven
Possesion
Card text: May only be beared by Aragorn. Exert Arwen to make Aragon Streangth +3.

first cut the italics. and the card text. Next I get would you are going at but would be better worded as Artifact
If bearer is skirmishing a gondor man, exert bearer twice and discard this artifact to discard a free peoples artifact.

SoP’s right on all counts, but the first one should be culture.
Standard format for dream cards would make the second card like this:
• Gift of the Evenstar, random subtitle...
Possession
Bearer must be Aragorn.
Skirmish: Exert Arwen to make Aragorn strength +3.
Lore text in italics.
Following this format makes people like you and far more likely to review your cards! So does good English grammar and spelling, but it’s only sad people like me that care about that!
