Yes it is, except for Brego, but you can replace it with any other horse for standard playing  my brother plays this deck for ages and it works very well |

What? Who DOESN’T have 4x Eomer, Horsemaster, Aragorn, Thorongil, and 4x Gandalf, Returned, Anduril, StwB and several PATHS?
I calculate all those alone cost a hundred or so. |
