Okay, so this card bounces back onto a 1/1 creature. The question I have is if I have 4 copies in my graveyard, can I bounce all four to that creature to make him 5/9? (Or to make Mogg War Marshall/several suspended Greater Gargadon even meaner). |

Yes. Each Sword has a separate triggered ability. When you play a 1/1 creature, each one will trigger and go onto the stack separately, as well, so you’ll get all "fallen" swords back. Try it in an extended Affinity deck. That mean. |

I was thinking something like Thallids. With a greater Gargadon and a Stalking Vengeance. Sacrifice a Saproling, deal 5 damage to target player and remove a time counter from Greater Gargadon. Or maybe some Strange Inversion. To bad I can’t imprint that on an Isochron Scepter, I’d have to go back to legacy for something like that.
Oh well. 5 damage from one Saproling is plenty. Especially when you run Thallids that turn out tons. |
