Since LOTR TCG is quite hard to get where I live these days, I just had to work with what I have. Smeagol and Sam are obviously the main >defenders< in the deck, but in the hard times, Frodo with the help of his ring, can easily take an oponent. Merry, Resolute Friend is a great support card, especialy since the deck isn’t so short on Shire events. Pippin on the other hand offers a different kind of support. He can heal frodo, and when facing a powerful minion, he can head for discard pile.
Fellowship
Ring-bearer:
Frodo, Son of Drogo
The One Ring, The Great Ring
Starting Fellowship:
Merry, Resolute Friend
Smeagol, Pitable Guide
Sam, Loyal Friend
Pippin, Wooly-Footed Rascal
Fellowship(starting unincluded):
Companions
2x Pippin, Wooly-Footed Rascal
Possesions
2x Hobbit Sword
2x Golden Pearch Ale
Conditions
2x Hafling Leaf
2x Poor Wretch
Events
2x Make Haste
2x Noble Intentions
2x A Marvel
2x Hafling Defenses
4x Don’t Follow the Lights
3x Master Commands It
Sorry About Everything
Hobbit Appetite
And as for Shadow:
Minions:
2x Orc Overseer
2x Isengard Tender
2x Isengard Tinker
4x Goblin Runner
2x Isengard Shaman
2x Isengard Servant
2x Isengard Worker
2x Isengard Retainer
2x Isengard Artisan
Possesions:
Scaffolding
Conditions:
2x Goblin Domain
2x Spies of Saruman
2x Saruman’s Snows
2x Tower of Orthanc
Gnawing, Bitting, Hacking Burning
Iron Fist of the Orcs
So...Orcs from Isengard with a little aid from their brothers from Moria. I still nead a bunch of cards as I said before, but it works quite nicely. Tender, Overseer, and Goblin Domain will exhaust as many companions as possible, and then kill them with Retainers, Tinkers, Workers and such.
Any advices are welcome. |

4 hobbit swords are a must. and you could use treebeard earthborn to make sure you don’t run out of pippins. bounders might help. But I am still fuzzy on the strategy |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

Hm...I only nead a hobbit sword for Sam...And maybe for Frodo. So with 31 cards I think 2 are enough. But I’ll try with four swords. |

Yeah, and try to get a hold of some Smeagol pumping. Like...Herbs and Stewed Rabbits.
Or if you can get a hold of any Deagol, Smeagol, Simple Stoor would be better. But I doubt you can get any Deagol.
Oh yeah. 4x Naked Waste. Drop Noble Intentions for it.
Isengard Orcs are sweet! Let’s see a deck. |

Herbs and stewed rabbit would work nicely, yeah. I could drop poor wretch then.
As for isengard Orcs. I still nead Isengard Mechanics and possibly Fires and Foul Fumes...But it works quite nice alredy. I will probably write the deck list tomorrow. |
