Surprisingly similar to one of my cards, except it was a bow and it worked in the archery phase! I guess great minds think alike...

Really diminishes the uniqueness of Fingon’s helm, but it’s fine.

Eh...weak. Sorry. I’d make it able to be borne in addition to another hand weapon. That would be cool.

i agree with NB that it is weak, but i think that you should bump the strength up one. because the Noldor spears were pretty beastly weapons. not really the ’bourne in addition to 1 other hand weapon’ type really. i know that most non-unique hand weapons give only strength +1, but since it is a noldor spear, i think you can make it +2.

and yeah, i agree with thran... 
i actually suggest going a different direction with this piece of armor. maybe revamp the whole response text to something like: if a companion is about to die, discard this possession to remove 3 threats. and since it will only work when there are threats, you might be able to get away with a resistance boost or something. anyways, it is a fine card, i just can’t see people letting it take up space in their decks. |

Sweet. You may want to up the cost to , though.
