Well this is just a deck help forum so i can just post my deck. Remember this is my real deck with my real cards and i am not just making up a deck to test strategy. Please respond and tell me how u think i could make it better. Thanks, everyone!

Sam, bearer of great need

the one ring, the ring of rings

starting fellowship:

Gandalf, Leader of the Company

Other companions/allies:

Frodo, Frenzied Fighter x2

Rosie Cotton, Hobbiton Lass

Tom Bombadil, the master

Possessions/Artifacts:

Gandalf’s Hat

Glamdring, Foe-Hammer

Gandalf’s Staff, Focus of Power

Shadowfax, Unequaled Steed

Frying pan

Phial of Galadriel, The Light of Earendil

Frodo’s Cloak

Salt From the Shire

Mithril-Coat

Sting, Bane of the Eight Legs

Conditions:

There and Back Again

The Shire Countryside

Rare Good Ballast

O Elbereth! Gilthoniel!

A Promise x2

Strange Meeting

Vapour and Steam

Watch and Wait

Followers:

The Gaffer, Master Gardener

Frodo Gamgee, Son of Samwise

Daddy Twofoot, Next-Door Neighbor

Pallando, Far-Traveling One

Alatar, Final Envoy

Events:

For a While Less Dark x3

Hope is Kindled x3

Hobbit Intuition x3

Some strategy notes for the fellowship:

1) we all know you can’t cancel skirmishes involving the ring-bearer. But you can replace him. Like with Frodo. Then, since Frodo is not the ring-bearer, you can cancel his skirmish with Tom Bombadil, who can also remove burdens.

2)Followers add burdens, so does Shadowfax, but cards like Watch and wait, Galamdring, and Hope is kindled can remove them.

3) Frodo gets Sting, Bane of the Eight legs. This also works with replacing Sam, if there are many fierce minions. Sam Gets Frying Pan, and with Rare Good Ballast, he has 5 vitality!

4) Frodo’s Cloak can heal frodo, and remove burdens. The Shire Countryside can heal Frodo and Sam of their exertions.

5) Vapour and Steam helps Gandalf kill minions, that and Gandalf’s hat set up for a double-move!

Now, the shadow...

Minions:

Grima, Betrayer of Rohan

Archer of Harad x3

Crazed Hillman x2

Crooked Townsman x2

Southron Murderer x 3

Harad Standard-Bearer x2

Fletcher of Harad

The Mouth of Sauron, Messenger of Mordor x2

Corsair Champion

Voice of the Desert, Southron Troop x2

Legion of Harad x3

conditions:

Howdah x3

Caravan From the South x3

Countless Companies

Possessions:

Long Battle Bow x3

Pavise x3

Events:

And thats my deck. mouth of sauron is the major set-up card. with the first one, I play pavise, countless companies, long battle bow, and howdah. with the next, I play my stacked pavise and long battle bow, then two more howdahs and two Caravan From the South to reinforce my tokens.

Please review and post your opinions. I would love to hear how you think I could improve my deck and strategy! Enjoy!

| Ignoring blocks and X-Lists (since you’re using Frying Pan, anyway), I’d only ask: where is Servant of the Secret fire? That, allied with Gandalf’s Staff (the MoM one, yes) is a KILLER card. Way much better than Hobbit Intuition, if you may ask. Also, you could alter the follower which fetches Shire cards for some Fireworks... Just some thoughts at first glance, though. |

| well, i like the follower cause he takes them back into hand and can be used every turn once u draw him. Also, if i don’t have burdens i can’t remove them... |

| Yeah, I was actually thinking if Fireworks would do this deck any good, and the follower DO seems better. However, the other suggestions are still standing. I just suggested Fireworks ’cause it would be played for free, being a Spell, and I find followers rather harsh to pay for. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

cause gandalf costs four...

and frodo’s cloak works to remove burdens and heal frodo. i add burdens with followers and exert frodo with his game text. also, with Shire Countryside, i can heal another companion when i remove burdens. |

| What do you think about more Elevated Fire and some Precision targeting? The Caravan from the South with Howdah is great, I use that in my own archery deck. |
