While you can spot Anarion, Isildur’s twilight cost is -2.
While you can spot 3 artifacts, Isildur is strength +2.
Skirmish: If Isildur is skirmishing, exert him to play a legendary Gondor card from your dead or discard pile.
shouldn’t it be discard or dead pile? as in flip them around? nitpicky...

Skirmish: Discard a Gondor artifact from your support area to make a Gondor Man damage +1.
works.

4 Lords of the Sea Gondor
Event • Maneuver
Legendary - (When played, this card goes to the dead pile).
To play, spot 2 Gondor Men.
Each minion loses all gametext keywords until the regroup phase.

hurts uruk-hai bad...maybe exert two gondor men

Wahoo! Contradictory opinions! Dancing

I’ll think on that one for a while. Could do with another opinion. Where’s Dain when you need him?

Gone til monday sadly.

I know res +2 aint as good as vitality +1 but i think its unpleasant gametext and you dont have much alternative besides res. Vitality modifiers are risky at best and this just makes it messy.

Who you gonna trust Thran? The regular, useful, sensible, dedicated reviewer; yours truly, or the spend-10-seconds-per-thread spammer?

You know the right choice Laughing

Question is, what will you give me to leave Anarion as he is? Wink

Laughing

Anyway, I don’t think I have enough artifacts in this set, so here are a few more:

2 • Narsil, Blade of Elendil Gondor
Artifact • Hand Weapon
Vit: +1
Legendary 1.
Bearer must be Elendil.
He gains enduring 1.

And just to remind you, this is Elendil (as it was quite a while ago when I posted him):

5 • Elendil, Son of Amandil Gondor
Companion • Man
Str: 8
Vit: 5
Res: 7
While Elendil bears an artifact, he is defender +1.
Skirmish: Discard an artifact bore by Elendil or from your support area to make a Gondor Man strength +2.

And now let’s have some other artifacts which are forged in the Second Age but more important in the Third. Also, notice the similarity between these two and the terrible printed version of the Crown of Gondor

2 • Sceptre of Arnor, Ancient Heirloom Gondor
Artifact • Staff
Legendary 2.
Bearer must be Elendil, Isildur or Aragorn.
Skirmish: Exert bearer to take a Gondor card into hand from your discard pile.

2 • Crown of Gondor, Ancient Heirloom Gondor
Artifact • Crown
Legendary 3.
Bearer must be Anarion or Aragorn.
Skirmish: Discard a Gondor card from hand to make a Gondor Man strength +2.

Wow seems a bit powerful. Well maybe you got the balance right.

Artifact • Crown
Legendary 3.

Skirmish: Discard a Gondor card from hand to make a Gondor Man strength +2.

Anarion was the first King of Gondor, but his line was ended in the Third Age when the Witch-King killed his last living heir.

Elendil and Isildur were the Kings of Arnor and Aragorn was a descendant of him and therefore had a legitimate claim to the throne of Gondor. Hence the bearers. Cool
