First suggestion would be to take pity on the reviewer and group the cards by type. Personally I order them by "permanence" (e.g. Companions -> Artifacts/Possessions -> Conditions -> Events), but really as long as there aren’t a few companions at the top and a few at the bottom it’d go a long way.
Second is the deck size. 45 cards is MASSIVE. As a general rule I’d stick to 30-34 unless there’s heavy cycling from both sides. Slimmer, more consistent.
Anyway, I see a whole bunch of singletons, some of which aren’t that great without support. Do you have a particular strategy in mind? Your deck, you decide. |

I’ll shorten it a bit but this was a deck I just put cards I had in so people could tell me what I didn’t need and what I should add. Thanks. |

i am not shure what your focusing on if your playing archery/wounding you need elven bowx4 double shotx4 and Elven Marks man shipx2 atleast. if your play elvents cirdan is a must elihor and elladan REALLY help. also for dwarves i would take most of them out (cause i don’t see em geting any where no axes man!) if you Must play dwarves and your leaning towards the wounding side Pack 4x Quick as may be. i personnaly would concentrade more on elves en less you aquire durin III and some hand weapons.
good job though plz post more decks soon

There are other ways to go with this deck, a Dark Ways/Lend Us Your Aid Gimli RB Elvents deck is a possibility, all you need to add is threat removal and it can be quite potent. Throw in Legolas, Archer of Mirkwood to heal up Gimli, or use Dark Ways to heal LUYA’s double exertion, and Battle to the Last for use of those exertions.
Another possibility is Galad RB with Brothers, have Archer of Mirkwood and Gimli, Counter of Foes with LUYA and Dark Ways. In an Open deck with Endurance of Dwarves and Ring of Retribution, you have a 8 vitality semi-enduring Gimli. Gil-Galad, High King of the Noldor can provide Elvent recursion with Agility and Strength of Arms, or if you want to focus on Gimli/Legolas throw in Final Count/My Axe is Notched. Strands of Eleven Hair is another easy token card for GG. Honed makes for a good recurring card, with Gimli with 5 wounds he is already dmg+ 6, not including weapons.
You dont see many LUYA Elf/Dwarf decks, but they are fun to play with as you still have the Elves shooting arrows, and they are all strength 10+ for those minions that do make it through. Finding a good balance is hard and these decks tend to be quite large. |
