what it all boils down to is that Tengwar card are just like starter deck cards. You buy the anthology box and you are granted to get them. The non-tengwar cards aren’t 100% guaranteed to be in every single pack or booster box you buy. If they can be pulled in every single box like tengwar cards and starter deck cards can be they aren’t difficult to get.
So in short TH13 anyone can go out and find a Anthology box and be guaranteed to get that foil Tengwar Goblin Hordes where you can go out and buy several booster baxes of Black Rider and may never get a Goblin Hordes  |

And personally speaking the Elvish script is a turnoff because I can’t read it (even though I know what the card does), and it winds up feeling like a proxy card anyway.  |

but if you really need hordes... it would be worth it
