I’m AP and I approve this message.
Seriously though, this is a great program. It’ll be great to be able to link to stuff instead of having to type everything manually or not even do it at all. Wow... this makes me feel like writing another strategy article. |
I had to put something here. |

These boards have seemed pretty dead lately with "let’s resurrect the WK thread and fight in español" having the most activity...
Do it. |

So...wait. I just download this simple application, run it in the background, and when I use CC’s boards it will automatically convert card titles into a link to your database? That’s it? |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

That’s it! Look at the source code and you’ll see that it’s mostly just a long list of text replacements. Stuff like:
Code: Clipboard:=RegExReplace(Clipboard, "i)(?<!\.html\])\bWeary(?![A-Za-z])(?![^=]{0,50}\[\/url\])", "Weary")
Technically, it does absolutely nothing while running in the background unless you tell it to. Pressing CTRL-ALT-L will convert the text in whatever you are currently typing by adding links to the card images. So, that could be CC, but it could also be any other forum, or Notepad, or Wordpad, etc.
If it worked automatically I think it would be too intrusive... it would also have to intercept network communications between you and CC, which would be bad. I’m not touching your network traffic. The only part of your system that it interacts with is your clipboard. |

Let’s see, then....
Lost in the Woods
Well how about that? Let’s try a couple more....
Aragorn, King in Exile
Legolas, Greenleaf
Saruman, Instigator of Insurrection
COOL! I already gave you one , but expect a couple more coming your way! |

Haven’t downloaded it yet, but wow...
Decipher should’ve had you working for them. Would’ve prevented alot of problems.... |
Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true. |

OK, I had a few thoughts. A couple questions for those of you who use this:
1) If it was possible for it to be fully automatic, would you prefer that? I realized I might be able to have the program check the title of your browser to see when you are editing a post, then run the Autolinker when you click the Submit button.
2) On the other hand, would it be better for the program to display a reminder in the tray to press CTRL-ALT-L to link (only when editing posts), but not do it for you?
Thanks for the feedback! |

Thanks for the tip NBarden! All of the cards you referred to are now working with the release of version "0.03".
Changes:
--Added comments in the source code.
--Moved notifications to the system tray.
--Fixed the apostrophe problem.
--Fixed a whole bunch of cards that weren’t being linked properly due to an extra space in the card title.<--Main reason to redownload. |
