Still Twitching states that the bearer gains Hunter 2. If the bearer of this condition is Gimli, Eager Hunter, will he get Hunter 5 or just Hunter 2? The reason a question arose is that the card does not say "an additional Hunter 2, just regular old Hunter 2.
Help is much appreciated.  |

Gimli will be strength +5 while skirmishing a non-hunter character, but he will NOT gain hunter 5 (I thinks he’s hunter 3 and hunter 2 simultaneously). Each hunter "gain" adds a separate strength bonus, so it’s like his text says:
While skirmishing a non-hunter character, this character is strength +3.
While skirmishing a non-hunter character, this character is strength +2. |

Yeah silly as it is the rules means gimli has hunter 2 AND hunter 3, which does not equal hunter 5 no matter how much it should! But it works exactly the same.  |

| Hmm, that’s messed up that Decipher couldn’t have made it work to common sense... oh well, I’m not really surprised seeing as the rule comes from them. |
