Good topic, it was fun to read your article. Few suggestion:
1. To big introduction - go to the point quickly, so you keep reader interested in topic.
2. IMHO it’s better to write about strategy in the first place and then show decklist.
3. The biggest disadvantage - deck you build isn’t good for beginners. It’s quite cheap and easy to built, but not good for playing. You should focus on one aspect of strategy and keep all the cards connected to it. There should be some main theme of a deck, which all cards obey. To show you what I mean, let’s take your uruks:
a) splash cards are not good for beginners - complicate game, deconcentrate them by not keeping main theme. (e.g. Uruk Outrider, Pallando Deceived, Fearless Approach...)
b) limit kinds of cards, especially minons - to many new cards is to much. For beginners is good to have as much as you can minions in 4 copies.
c) you write about Isengard Siege Bow in your strategy, but you have only one in 79 card deck - what is the probabilty that beginner will use it in a game?
Here deck building mistakes:
d) Tempest of War will discard your Fortitude, Fearless Approach, Pallando Deceive.
e) to many cards in a deck, players won’t be able to cycle half of them.
f) you should have here few Strange Device for sure. It would help this deck a lot.

I would suggest for a beginner resistance Uruk-hai built this way:
4x 11C198 Patrol of Uruk-hai
4x 11C202 Squad of Uruk-hai
1x 12U147 • Suppressing Uruk
3x 12S151 Uruk Desecrator
3x 12S152 • Uruk Dominator
2x 12R155 • Uruk Zealot
2x 13R169 • Uruk Blitz
2x 12S144 • Saruman, Agent of the Dark Lord
3x 12U136 Berserker Torch
4x 11C196 Our Foes Are Weak
1x 12C145 Shingle in a Storm
2x 12U148 Tempest of War
3x 12C146 Strange Device

Only 4 rare cards, most of the deck is from Saruman starter, each card connected in main theme - resistance (only Saruman, Torch and Strange Device don’t use it, but the are making this deck more playable)

this is a great article, but i think you should pick a different freeps.

hobbits are great, but usally they require more experience to use. if this is for beginners i suggest using gondor or rohan or something easier to use, but thats jsut my opinion

Old-school hobbits are great for beginners, and I like this deck, but it is not quite as simple for beginners. Really great article though, and nice deck design to. You get a 4 Very Happy
