Strategy:
Use have patients to heal, Gandalf. Pallando to get rid of conditions. Jarnsmid and Gandalf’s Wisdom to keep twilight down. Try to get Gandalf defender +1 as much as possible. Then use stead fast champion to keep minions on Gandalf. If you have Speak friend and enter at site five, use it to avoid the balrog. Brand keeps minion swarms down. Keep a wizard is never late in your hand so you can pull your second copy of Gandalf if needed. Add the two burdens at the beginning, to get Narya out. 41 cards is a lot, but you should have no trouble getting rid of the cards in your hand. And the minion side won’t clog your hand that much.
The main part of the minions is to blast away with the Balrog, and use your goblins as a swarm feature, or a method of keeping your Balrog safe from archery wounds.

P.S. I changed it from a goblin swarm deck to a Balrog attack deck, with goblin attack/defense. |

I think a beatdown uruk with damage one would kill this deck pretty easily but that is just my opinion. |

first one is simple you play it during the fellwoship phase, and skip the site. or i thought that was how it worked.
how does the second work if you can’t play and companion? |

To avoid the Balrog, you’d play a replacement site that didn’t let your opponent play the Balrog at reduced cost. You can never "skip" a site. |

Since Gandalf’s strength boosts rely heavily on twilight, you might wanna add another Under the Living Earth. I would also replace Gandalf’s Staff with Gandalf’s Staff, Ash-Staff. |
Long live the southern bros. |

don’t have that one, and i prefer being able to cancle skirmishes over drawing cards. as i said my hand won’t get clogged, because of the minions (which i need to post.) |
