Phazanzar doesn’t need strength because he cannot lose. He locks the battle before it can begin.
Phazanzar doesn’t need Vitality because he cannot take wounds and exerts. He deletes them before they are placed.
Phazanzar doesn’t need resistance because he cannot take burdens. He moves them onto tOO before they can be placed. |
