Weapons of Isengard(4)
Their Arrows Enrage(4)
Uruk-Hai Armory(4)
Covering Fire(3)

Shadow Events:

Cloud of Arrows(4)
Volley Fire(3)

Shadow Artifacts:

Sceptre of the Dark Lord(1)

Note: This deck is ment for giving archery and preventing fellowship archery. Ment for elves mostly.

In your starting Shadow Phase, start with Attack on Helm’s Deep, and Weapons of Isengard. Try to play Uruk Crossbow troop and put tokens on Attack on Helm’s Deep and Weapons of Isengard. Once everythings in order, take control of a site and then play Band of Uruk Bowmen next turn. While you control a site, he’ll add +1 to the minion archery total, thats when the assult begins.

The ring bearer may replace burdens instead of wounds so play Sauron when you can. The time too strike is when you play your site 8 for fellowship. Play the Brown Lands, make shure that your 4 Weapons of Isengard are full and play a Ranged Commander and your Band of Uruk Bowmen. If they survive to site 9, play The Slopes of Amon Hen. All Isengard minions are -1 in twilight cost and with Ranged Commander, it will b -2 instead. So use this time wisely.

Warning!: usage of this deck may cause total chaos, or death.(or both) If facing ents, use volley fire and Sauron with Sceptre of the Dark Lord.

I might remove the x3 Volley Fire for x3 uruk regular s.

Why not add Desert Lord and Southron Bowman? They can help put more wounds on unbound companions, then the Uruk archers can finish them off.

i woudl just add the desert lord to not take to many archer cards from the deck looks like a solid deck though.

You should add a few copies of Siege Engine, to prevent your Weapons of Isengard from being discarded (and add tokens faster).
