I don't like Fullminator Mages that much. Quick n' Toast relies a lot on early tempo, AND acceleration, thus playing Wall of Roots , Storage Lands and no Mutavaults at all. I'm not sure it can fully make the transition into block, since it loses A LOT of cards, but I think it DEFINITLY needs Kitchen Finks, at least as a kind of speed bump, if nothing else, in place of the Walls. It should also play 4 copies of Firespout, and at least 1-2 Cloudthresher, he's that good. Vendilion Clique is early tempo and disruption, so you need to actually draw it early to make it relevant. It also has a single toughness, so it dies horribly a lot of times, thus playing more copies of it or none at all qould be adviseable. I'd probably pack more Vivid Lands in order to branch out into other colors, and I'd most likely play Colossus AND/OR Garruk AND/OR Fertile Ground (to make up for the color-fixing and acceleration the pains and storage lands provide), and would possibly lose Faerie Trickery for Broken Ambitions (and play a full set), it suits Rune Snag's role better.
Of course, you could just forget all this advice and change the deck's name to UB Mannequin or something like that...
