Errata List?

Could someone hook me up with a list of all cards that have been errataed over the years? Playing again and the CRD I could find only has some of it. Also, I remember that the new sites from Shadows and on had some sort of limit with the site number. Something like only having a max 3 sites with the same shadow number? Anyone tell me what that was?
