I'm not saying it can't work.
Consorting With Wizards, in my opinion, makes the twilight less of a risk since you basically just have to keep Bilbo from being overwhelmed or corrupted; wounds are no issue unless you happen to be facing archery (the biggest risk to solo Bilbo, in my opinion). But it's not a true "choke" deck when you're adding a minimum of
each move.
I'd be curious to see a solo Bilbo with a couple
allies and
Habits of Home (which could actually be borne by
allies, could it not?
). Or perhaps the same with
Aragorn WTG and
NSttS. That's more choke-like than Bilbo alone, methinks.
