@Hobbit_Lad: I'm curious, why not have your pipes trigger "at the start of the phase"? I know Decipher used this to limit things like Bow of Minas Tirith (I'm sure there are earlier examples, but I can't think of any atm). I thought limits were more for the amount of quantity gained from the effect rather than number of times used (like in Trust Me As you Once Did)?
skirmish phaseA losing character is any character on the losing side when a skirmish revolves. If a character is removed from his or her skirmish and there are still one or more characters on each side of that skirmish, the removed character is neither a losing nor a winning character.
skirmish phase(S)...A losing character is any character on the losing side in a skirmish when it resolves. Also, any character removed during his or her skirmish is a losing character, even if that character's side eventually wins.
