Even though they're comedy, I feel a little offended by the last one. If Peter Jackson's the creator of all, then who the #$&*@! is JRR Tolkien?

I must admit, the Ket card is quite amazing, but why is he in the Dwarven culture? should be in Shire culture, I always imagined Ket as some lazy hobbit smoking a pipe and just doing nothing...
Naah, I just kid, the cards are amazing! ;)

*lol* I think my favorite lore is on Lady No More. It's so cheery and out of place on a LotR card.

I am actually quite tickled at this card. Thanks! :gp:

I'm just surprised I didn't end up being [Sauron] culture. That said, I don't smoke and I live a very active lifestyle...but I do drink the finest of ales. I suppose that could make me [Shire] or [Dwarven].

I'm posting these super-late-at-nite and am too lazy to check them...obviously they may not be perfect. Feel free to pick 'em apart as you will.
[3]J.R.R. Tolkien, [all freeps cultures]
Companion • God
Strength: 4
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 20
To play, spot two free people's cultures.
Tolkien is strength +2 for each culture over two.
Fellowship: Exert Tolkien to reinforce a culture token.
Regroup: If the fellowship decides to move again, you may remove a culture token to heal Tolkien.
"In a hole there lived a hobbit."

[3]J.R.R. Tolkien, Hobbit at Heart [Shire]
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 4
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 20
To play, spot two free people's cultures.
Each hobbit (except the ringbearer) is strength +1.
Maneuver: Exert Tolkien to heal a companion with resistance 7 or more.
At the start of the regroup phase, you may exert Tolkien twice to remove a burden.
"But what they love most, is peace."

[3] •Thranduil II, Well-Spoken Critic [Elven]
Companion • Elf Mod
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 7
Each time an opponent uses a texting abbreviation such as "u," or "btw," you may remove [1].
While you can spot six cards from the same block, each companion from that block is strength +1 and damage +1.
"My new set pwns."

[1] This Hobbit walked into a bar...[Sauron]
Event • Shadow
Engage in three rounds of rock paper scizzors with any opponent. The winner may choose to switch their One Ring card with the loser.
"...And handed me this ring."

[1]Elevensies [Shire]
Condition
Between 9:00 and 11:00 GMT, each hobbit is strength +1, and cannot take wounds during the maneuver phase.
Discard this condition to remove a burden.
Your opponent may give you his watch to discard this condition.
"He knows about that, doesn't he?"

[3]Death By Chocolate [all shadow cultures]
Event • Maneuver
Shadow: Reveal your hand, and discard all [Shire] cards.
For each card discarded in this way, each opponent must wound a companion.
"Saying hobbits overeat is an understatement."

[4]Colorblind [all cultures]
Condition
Plays during the regroup phase.
When you play this, name a color. The cards of each player wearing that shirt color are twilight cost +1.
"Hint: There are ways to cancel this effect..."

Note: Look for NB coming up soon ;)
