He has a dynamic IP. I suggest not to reply to anything he says, report him here (with every nick name he uses). After a few bans he should get tired of recreating same decks each day and go away.

Most of them is for joining the same league with multiple accounts (some people - as many as 20 accounts).

Here's a question: Now that Gemp allows you to play multiple games at once, should rage-quitting still be a ban-able offense? Now you can just leave the window open, and go start another game while you get your timed victory.

I haven't banned anyone for rage-quitting yet, and I never intended to.

May I suggest that two things be made more obvious in the interface?

1) The need to officially "concede" the game if you get to a situation you feel is unwinnable. I just had a person who was evidently a newbie (making poor moves earlier in the game like exerting Gimli, Son of Gloin when he wasn't skirmishing) 'rage-quit' on me, due to I suspect not knowing what a pain that is for me.

2) To this end — making the "concede" button obvious. Maybe the tab it's under could be called not Options but End Game instead?
