It's not the first time he did this to me (might even be a third time or something) so this time I thought i'd report him.

malffurion is a rage quitter. This is certainly not the first time I have witnessed this player exhibiting poor conduct, whether it is rage quitting, using offensive language, or just bad-mouthing an opponent.

This was during a league game I had with met.

Or he needs to concede one of them, or cancel one of them. Interrupting someone else's league game 10+ times with comments doesn't seem like good sportsmanship to me. He's seen what you wrote, he's aware of the situation, he's either going to do the right thing or not. If I were you, I would have made maybe two comments, and then left the other league game alone. If he doesn't come back and play both, that's what this thread is for: Report him.

Complaint against: Aradriss
Reason: Poor Sportsmanship

Possibly this isn't a breach of the COC, but it was bad enough that I think other players should be aware of it. A little background: Aradriss constantly complains about people who start with Faramir, Captain of Ithilien and Ranger of the White Tree. He insists (wrongly) that it is against the rules to do this, because he believes that Ranger of the White Tree shouldn't be able to spot Faramir, Captain of Ithilien as having twilight cost 3 or more. The rules have been explained to him repeatedly, portions of the CR have been quoted to him, but he still insists that it's against the rules. In the past he has asked that I no longer join his tables. However, I play a lot of people, and I don't keep a list of who does and doesn't want to play me. I'd forgotten who Aradriss was, so I joined his table. When I did this, he of course complained about the rules again, and reminded me that he didn't want me joining his table. I said fine, hit "cancel," and told him I had hit cancel.

BUT instead of Aradriss hitting "cancel" as well, he chose to continue playing the game. He played all the way up to the point that he made it to Site 9, and then right at the point that his Ring-bearer was about to die, THAT'S when he hits "cancel." And to me, that is very poor sportsmanship.

The chat transcript is misleading, however. Both Euk and Met made several dozen plays in between my chats. Meanwhile, my game was stuck in limbo during all of this. I made repeated posts to ensure that Met would see what I had written and do the right thing.
