Bad Gemp Players' List

So, to put a stop to all the threads about unsportsmanlike conduct, I thought I'd just concentrate them all here.

If you want to report a player on Gemp for any form of unsportsmanlike conduct (rage quitting, cursing, flaming, etc...), just post here stating your Gemp username, the reported username, the reason for reporting and a game replay link so people can verify the information.

Until Gemp has a way to implement bans and such, this is where the Community will be able to look, so we can start ignoring players that make Gemp a poor experience.

Also, by concentrating posts here, players can communicate with the ones who reported them, and if they actively try harder and improve, the "reporter" can "lift" the ban themselves (as I said, that is, until Gemp has a way to implement bans and such), not to mention it makes it possible to sort out misunderstandings.

So, if anyone care to report someone, post here.

ETA: I'm going to attempt to record a comprehensive alphabetical list of all the bad players reported in this thread! This is going to take a while, so at the bottom I'll note what page the list has been updated through. The list will always stop at least one page prior to the most recent page (thus only complete pages of reports will be updated to the list). A name with a "+" next to it means that the player in question has been reported more than once (it should be considered that a player only reported once might not truly be a repeat offender). Additional "+"s may indicate how many times they've been reported, but this undertaking is so massive, I can't guarantee precise numbers on exactly how many times a player has been reported. So... here we go:

Actually, since there isn't really a "punishment" system within Gemp, and I just had this idea because new topics are running rampant, I thought it should start over, specially since some complaints are already so old and dated that it might be they actually not apply anymore. I think I'll lock any new threads and direct posters here, though.

We can add pawcio04 to this list. We were at site 2 in our Collector's league game, and his healthy Boromir SOD was fighting an Uruk that he was going to lose to anyway. He evidently exerted Boromir via his own text by accident when it wouldn't have had any useful effect. So instead of Boromir taking 2 wounds from losing to the Uruk, Boromir was now dead. Pawcio then immediately ragequit.

I suggest that you put all names in the first post and have a column with the number of times the person ragequitted next to their names.

That's what I plan to do. I'll check the replay links first, though, which is something I can only do at home. Also, Ringbearer (and everyone else), please:

Report YOUR Gemp name (not everyone has it listed in their profile, and I prefer to have a standard), the OFFENDER'S gemp name, THE OFFENSE and provide the game replay link. I can't watch a whole game to see what happened, and when it did. I'll basically go straight to the part that was pointed out to me, check for the offense, and backtrack to see if the reporter might have given cause to it.

As for a colummn, I'll have it sorted out in categories (which is why I need people to state the offense), and have the reported names, who reported them, and the replay link (if more people report them, I'll have their names and replays linked as well).

i want to be clear, that I will not report people who use the "concede" option when faced with an untenable situation in the game. Concession is part of LotR. what I can't stand is people who rage quit and leave the game without conceding causing the other play to wait out for the 15 minute delay win...
