Erm yes I am not paying more than that for a NON-foil NON-promo card. Its as rare as any other RoS rare, just happens to be a power rare from that set, so I would at least go for $10

Cardexchange lists it for 5 euro
Okan, who's prices are bloated list it for $20 - but they list 0P88 for over $500
