I have those cards - do you just need one of each?  I'm not interested in the Tower Troll or the $5.  Any chance you have a foil or two from sets 1 - 8 or 10?  Nothing in particular just something as compensation for the cards and postage.  PM me your address and I'll get the cards out to you.
