Assault Commander errata?

Assault Commander 13R158 needs an errata methinks, to include until the regroup phase

Unless someone can explain his use to me if it is bound to the Shadow phase

Well i agree that it makes more sense for it to be the regroup phase, but without checking there must be some cards that take advantage of low resistance companions in the shadow phase.
