Ditto SoP. What we need is some kind of software that lets you upload a card template and add a picture, gametext, stats etc...  *:)

Problem with that GT is copyright. Not that Big D pays any attention to the game anymore, but New Line or Tolkien Enterprises may.

WoW has a nice version of this, but you'd have to find a talented programmer to make a LotR version and be willing to *ahem* bend some copyright laws.

I think the key to keeping people interested is online play and tournaments. Seems like the one Gillian was starting to set up fizzled out...
