   Hobbits? ....I like their abilities. Seems to be balanced and well-working. Maybe the hobbits should stick with the shire culture...

I would suggest some reformatting. For example, you can get the twilight symbols by using square brackets (so , , ) except which needs round brackets. You can also get the cultures by putting the culture name in square brackets (so ).

I would then suggest that you post your card a bit like this so that it's easiest for everyone to review:

That said, I think these cards are awesome! I always thought that there was more room for companions in different cultures, and making these guys adds a whole host of possibilities. I might suggesting to not add a threat and instead have Merry "Exert Merry to make an Ent strength +1" and Pippin "Exert Pippin to make an Ent damage +1." I think that would be fine.
