At the beginning of the archery phase spot another [Moria] archer and exert this minion twice to wound a companion.

[Moria] [2] Bow Chamber of Moria
Condition - Support Area
Each time the free peoples player plays a ranged weapon on a companion, you may take an [Moria] archer from your discard pile into hand.

 [Moria] [2] Moria Bow
Possession - Ranged Weapon
Bearer must be a [Moria] Orc.
Bearer is an Archer.
Maneuver: Exert bearer and remove [2] to exert an unbound companion.

Good against archery deck maybe remove  [1] to play a  [Moria] archer.

Not bad, but make it limit once per phase pleeeeeeeease.

A bit OP. Discard after you use it otherwise it is a killer.

Bizar...I would stick to the strength of the culture. Moria wasn't enduring, they are not damage +, and they don't discard hands. Maybe give him the option to also alter the archery total, maybe to give others also the archer keyword.

I think this Gimli is overpowered as it stands doing ridiculous wounding to [Moria] orcs, but too focused when it is just Gimli wounding [Moria] orcs. Gimli, Skilled Defender does a similar thing, only a little better.

You have to keep in mind that, with the exception of a few of these archers that you have created, most Orcs are low vitality and low strength so just wounding another [Moria] minion is going to slay other decks.

Being Damage +X is a dwarven thing, so most of the time they are going to win skirmishes. An idea would be to play on another aspect of Dwarves--maneuver wounding. Dwarven cards were the first to do Maneuver wounding...what if Gimli's game text was:

Maneuver: While you can spot more minions than companions, exert Gimli twice to wound a minion (or 2 [Moria] minions). Still ridiculously powerful, but a little more reasonable.
