... have Bilbo BoTB as my ringbearer along with Frodo, FF and Sam, GEW.
If Frodo dies, Sam becomes RB. I'm sure I've seen this before, but still, what happens to Bilbo?

I thought this had been gone over a long time ago, but here goes (again):

Versions of Sam that include the text about becoming RB if Frodo dies do not apply their text when Frodo FF dies, only if Frodo had been the RB when he died.
