Hey,

if Ranger of the North is defender +a lot and you play the event City of Men on Aragorn, does it discard all Sauron minions at the end of his skirmish? The event says "discard that minion" and not "each minion". But "that minion" sounds like it's only possible if skirmishing against one minion.

No you choose 1 [Sauron] minion that he's skirmishing. Compare to Boromir, Bearer of Council.
