which files do i need to put on a flash drive for gccg to run off of it?

Make a subdirectory in your GCCG folder called home. Tada! Settings will save in there. If you want to keep your regular GCCG username, copy the stuff from C:\.gccg.

Um, already tried that and it doesn't work on any other computer than the one I first use.

It works - I use it myself. Read Lotr.bat and you'll see exactly how it sets the configuration.
