Goblin Domain

So, Goblin Domain in movie block... if site rules apply as I understand them, then every comp you play in movie block comes into play exhausted because you are past FOTR site 4.  This conclusion was derived based on allies' home rule.  You can't fight with elrond, the ally of course, at ROTK site 3 or TTT site 3 because his home is FOTR site 3.  Therefore it would stand to reason that while Goblin Domain is in play, every comp who is played in movie block, no matter the site number, comes into play exhausted.  Moria Archery never looked sweeter, except when compared to Uruk Archery which is outrageous

The "or higher" bit is covered in the rulebook, not that site patching is particularly intuitive:

Quote from: CR, block symbol
When an effect says "site X or higher," it applies only to sites from the Fellowship block.

that makes sense. it's a shame really, but better than having every companion come into play exhausted.
